Does the Smack booster produce a lot more Hydrogen?

Some people feel that the plate design of the Smack's booster produces more hydrogen and oxygen. Others prefer the simplicity of the stainless steel bolts design. If you have the ability to build the Smack's booster, I do recommend it.
