Do you actually add water or is the water content in gas converted?

The water is kept separate in the RunAutoWithWater System, and as your car is running, HHO (oxyhdrogen or Brown's gas) is generated. This gas is then fed into the engine to improve the efficiency of the combustion process and save you money at the pump. The HHO remains in the safe form of water until the moment it is needed and after combustion, the unused gas recondenses to be water again.
