Does this system work on cars with GNV -natural gas systems?

Yes, it also improves efficiency in Natural Gas cars! In fact, the chemical reaction of HHO mixing with the unburned fuel and other hydrocarbons when the system is installed and attached to the PCV return line, creates natural gas!
