Do I have to make any adjustments to my ECU?

RunAutoWithWater does NOT modify your vehicle's engine main body or computer. It is an experimental add-on that can be removed in less than 60 seconds. However you will need to do some minor tweaking to some of the sensors in your car to further improve the system for your car (we teach you how).
