For many people, this is all they need (with the step-by-step fine tuning instructions we provide).  However, other people also obtain sensor enhancers to make sure their vehicles on-board computer is fully optimized and reduces the gas consumption even more (which results in greater savings).  Sensor enhancers can be obtained for around $30 more.
